Information Systems Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Information Systems Analyst to help optimize our growing wholesale distribution and milling operations. As we expand our warehouses and feed mill, this role will be essential in driving efficiency and ensuring operational excellence. The Information Systems Analyst will lead a variety of short- and long-term projects, implementing solutions that support our continued growth. 

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Collaborate with the COO and operations teams to identify and implement new warehouse software solutions. 

• Analyze current warehouse processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending system-based solutions. 

• Lead software implementation projects, including configuration, integration, and user training. 

• Ensure proper system utilization and warehouse organization to improve workflow efficiency. 

• Work closely with sales, inventory, and logistics teams to integrate technology solutions for seamless operations. 

• Gather and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment. 

• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. 

• Extract, transform, and load data from warehouse management systems. 

• Identify trends and inefficiencies through data analysis to inform strategic business decisions. 

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and cleansing processes. 

• Provide training and support to end-users on interpreting reports and utilizing data-driven insights. 

• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate, communicate well and effectively relay information with an emphasis on developing positive professional relationships. 

• Practice punctual and reliable attendance. 

• Perform other duties as assigned. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 

3+ years of experience in warehouse systems, data analysis, or business intelligence. 

• Ability to lead technology implementation projects and work cross-functionally. 

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task effectively. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. 

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. 

• Strong attention to detail, project management, and teamwork skills. 

• Self-starter with the ability to direct the efforts of self and others. 

• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, kneel; lift, carry, push, pull, and load up to 60 pounds. 

• Professional appearance and demeanor. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• CompTIA IT certification 

• Microsoft and/or Oracle accreditation 

• Experience in using Epicor or WMS software 

SCHEDULE 

This is a full time, salaried position. Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as needed. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS 

Annual base salary: $90,000 – $120,000. After meeting eligibility requirements, benefits include:
