• Our dedicated drivers deliver directly to customers, giving us a weekly connection to our dealers and a line of communication to their needs.
• AFCO currently has 6 field based sales representatives that visit and educate our customers on a 4-6 week cycle.
• AFCO has an inside sales team that helps customers in the fringes of our territories and contacts our customers weekly to take product orders and offer any needed support.
• We have a customer service team ready to take your calls. You will never get an automated answering service.
• We communicate directly with over 500 dealers via email to ensure timely delivery of communications, deals, etc. to support the brands and products we carry.
